连参通淋片中挥发油提取及包合工艺研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨连参通淋片中挥发油的提取及包合工艺。方法采用L9(34)正交试验设计,以浸泡时间(A)、药材粒径(B)、加水量(C)、提取时间(D)为考察因素,优化挥发油的提取工艺;采用中心组合设计优化包合工艺中的β-环糊精用量、包合时间、包合温度、加油速率。结果挥发油提取的优化组合为A1B3C2D3,其中药材粒径和提取时间对收率具有极显著性影响;饱和水溶液法最佳工艺为10倍于挥发油的β-环糊精、43℃包合温度、40 mL/min的加油速率,包合时间5 h。结论中心组合设计可用于包合工艺优化,所建立的模型预测性良好。 Objective To investigate the extraction and inclusion process of volatile oil from Lianshen Tonglin Tablets.Methods The extraction process of volatile oil was optimized by L9(3~4)orthogonal test design with immersion time(A),particle size(B),water addition(C)and extraction time(D)as the investigation factors.Theβ-cyclodextrin concentration,inclusion time,inclusion temperature and oil filling rate in the inclusion process were optimized by central combination design.Results The optimum combination of volatile oil extraction was A1B3C2D3,in which the particle size and extraction time had a significant effect on the yield.The optimum process of saturated water solution method was as follows:β-cyclodextrin was 10 times as much as volatile oil,the inclusion temperature was 43℃,the oil filling rate was 40 mL/min,and the inclusion time was 5 h.Conclusion The central composite design can be used to optimize the inclusion process,and the established model has good predictability.
