摘要
目的检测氯化琥珀胆碱注射液采用不同溶剂而降解产生的不同杂质。方法用高效液相色谱(HPLC)法检测主要降解杂质,色谱柱为Shimadzu GL柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为缓冲盐-乙腈(95∶5),检测波长为214 nm,流速为1.0 mL/min,进样量为50μL,柱温为30℃。结果氯化琥珀胆碱注射液中的各降解杂质均能被有效分离和检测。结论HPLC法能检测不同溶剂中氯化琥珀胆碱降解产生的不同杂质。
Objective To detect the different impurities degraded by different solvents in Suxamethonium Chloride Injection.Methods HPLC method was used to detect the main degradation impurities.The chromatographic column was Shimadzu GL column(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),the mobile phase was phosphate buffer-acetonitrile(95∶5),the detection wavelength was 214 nm,the flow rate was 1.0 mL/min,the sample size was 50μL,and the column temperature was 30℃.Results The degradation impurities in Suxamethonium Chloride Injection could be effectively separated and detected.Conclusion HPLC method can detect different impurities produced by degradation of Suxamethonium Chloride Injection in different solvents.
