银杏叶胶囊联合尼可地尔治疗冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病心绞痛疗效评价

Clinical Evaluation on Ginkgo Leaf Capsules Combined with Nicorandil in the Treatment of Angina Pectoris of Coronary Heart Disease

目的探讨银杏叶胶囊联合尼可地尔治疗冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病(简称冠心病)心绞痛的临床疗效。方法选择医院2016年1月至2017年12月收治的冠心病心绞痛患者97例,按随机数字表法分为对照组(47例)和观察组(50例)。对照组患者应用尼可地尔治疗,观察组患者给予银杏叶胶囊联合尼可地尔治疗,均连续治疗3个月。结果观察组总有效率为94.00%,显著高于对照组的76.60%(χ^2=5.932,P=0.007<0.05)。两组患者治疗后的心绞痛发作次数、心绞痛持续时间、硝酸甘油用量均较治疗前改善,且观察组改善幅度大于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者治疗后的肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素18(IL-18)、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)水平均较治疗前降低,且观察组显著低于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者治疗后的超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、总抗氧化能力(T-Aoc)水平均较治疗前升高,且观察组显著高于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者不良反应发生率无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论银杏叶胶囊联合尼可地尔可提高冠心病心绞痛患者的临床疗效,缓解临床症状,抑制炎性反应和氧化应激反应。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Ginkgo Leaf Capsules combined with nicorandil in the treatment of angina pectoris of coronary heart disease(CHD).Methods Totally 97 patients with angina pectoris of CHD admitted to our hospital from January 2016 to December 2017 were selected and divided into the control group(47 cases)and the observation group(50 cases)according to the random number table method.The patients in the control group were treated with nicorandil,while the patients in the observation group were treated with Ginkgo Leaf Capsules combined with nicorandil.The patients in the two groups were treated continuously for 3 months.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 94.00%,which was significantly higher than 76.60%of the control group(χ^2=5.932,P=0.07 0.05).After treatment,the number of angina attacks,duration of angina pectoris and the amount of nitroglycerin in the two groups were improved,and the improvement in the observation group was greater than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),interleukin-18(IL-18)and high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP)in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and those in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of superoxide dismutase(SOD)and total antioxidant capacity(T-Aoc)in the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and those in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence rate of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Ginkgo Leaf Capsules combined with nicorandil can improve the clinical effect of angina pectoris patients with CHD,relieve clinical symptoms,inhibit the inflammatory response and oxidative stress response.
