黄莪胶囊联合非那雄胺治疗中老年前列腺增生症疗效观察

Clinical Observation on Huang’e Capsules Combined with Finasteride in the Treatment of Senile Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia

目的探讨黄莪胶囊联合非那雄胺治疗中老年前列腺增生症的临床疗效。方法选取医院2015年6月至2017年9月收治的前列腺增生症患者100例,采用随机信封法分为观察组和对照组,各50例。对照组采用非那雄胺治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用黄莪胶囊治疗,均治疗6周。结果治疗组总有效率为88.00%,显著高于对照组的60.00%(P<0.05);治疗后,两组患者国际前列腺症状评分(IPSS)、生活质量评分均显著降低(P<0.05),且观察组显著优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,两组患者前列腺体积显著小于治疗前(P<0.05),且观察组显著小于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,两组患者最大尿流率显著高于治疗前(P<0.05),且观察组显著高于对照组(P<0.05);所有患者均未出现不良反应。结论黄莪胶囊联合非那雄胺治疗中老年前列腺增生症,可有效提高临床疗效,改善患者生活质量。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Huang'e Capsules combined with finasteride in the treatment of senile benign prostatic hyperplasia(BPH).Methods Totally 100 patients with BPH admitted to the hospital from June 2015 to September 2017 were selected and divided into the observation group and the control group by the random envelope method,50 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were treated with finasteride,on this basis,the patients in the observation group were treated with Huang'e Capsules.All the patients were treated for 6 weeks.Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 88.00%,which was significantly higher than 60.00%of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the International Prostate Symptom Score(IPSS)and the score of quality of life in the two groups were significantly reduced(P<0.05),and those in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the prostate volume of the two groups was significantly smaller than that before treatment(P<0.05),and that of the observation group was significantly smaller than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the maximum urine flow rate in the two groups was significantly higher than that before the treatment(P<0.05),and that in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).No adverse reactions occurred in all patients.Conclusion Huang'e Capsules combined with finasteride in the treatment of senile BPH can effectively improve the clinical effect and improve the quality of life of patients.
