摘要
目的建立测定板山岗颗粒中(R,S)-告依春含量的高效液相色谱(HPLC)法。方法色谱柱为Kromasil 100-5 C18柱(250 mm×4. 6 mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-水(12∶88,V/V),流速为1. 0 m L/min,检测波长为244 nm,柱温为30℃,进样量为10μL。结果(R,S)-告依春进样量在0. 04~0. 32μg范围内与峰面积积分值线性关系良好;精密度、稳定性、重复性试验的RSD值均小于2%;平均加样回收率为97. 96%,RSD为1. 63%(n=9)。结论该方法操作简便、准确,精密度、稳定性、重复性均良好,可用于板山岗颗粒中(R,S)-告依春含量的测定。
Objective To establish an HPLC method for the content determination of( R,S)-epigoitrin in Banshangang Granules. Methods The chromatographic column was Kromasil 100-5 C18 column( 250 mm × 4. 6 mm,5 μm),the mobile phase was methanol-water( 12 ∶ 88,V/V),the flow rate was 1. 0 m L/min,the detection wavelength was 244 nm,the column temperature was 30 ℃,and the sample size was 10 μL. Results The( R,S)-epigoitrin showed good linear relationship in the range of 0. 04-0. 32 μg. RSDs of precision,stability and repeatability tests were less than 2%,the average recovery rate was 97. 96% and RSD was 1. 63%( n = 9).Conclusion The method is simple and accurate,it has good precision,stability and repeatability,which can be used for the content determination of( R,S)-epigoitrin in Banshangang Granules.
