强化降压对脑梗死患者生存状况的影响

Effect of Intensive Antihypertensive Therapy on the Survival Status of Patients with Cerebral Infarction

目的探讨强化降压疗法对脑梗死患者生存状况的影响。方法选取医院2015年9月至2017年9月收治的脑梗死患者96例,按随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组,各48例,对照组患者给予常规降压,研究组患者给予强化降压,均治疗14 d。结果治疗后,两组患者血肿体积均明显缩小,美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)评分均明显降低,Barthel指数评分均明显升高,且研究组均优于对照组(P <0. 05);治疗后,研究组患者的身体状况、心理状况、社会能力、角色功能及总体生活质量评分均明显高于对照组(P <0. 05)。结论强化降压疗法应用于脑梗死初期,可有效缩小血肿体积,改善神经功能,提高生活质量。

Objective To investigate the effect of intensive antihypertensive therapy on the survival status of patients with cerebral infarction.Methods Totally 96 patients with cerebral infarction admitted to our hospital from September 2015 to September 2017 were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the study group according to the random number table method,48 cases in each group. The patients in the control group were given conventional antihypertensive therapy,while the patients in the study group were given intensive antihypertensive therapy. Both groups were treated for 14 d. Results After treatment,the volume of hematoma was significantly reduced,the National Institute of Health stroke scale(NIHSS) score was significantly reduced,the Barthel index score was significantly increased in the two groups,and those in the study group were better than those in the control group( P < 0. 05). After treatment,the scores of physical condition,psychological condition,social ability,role function and overall quality of life in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group( P < 0. 05). Conclusion The application of intensive antihypertensive therapy in the treatment of patients with cerebral infarction at early stage can effectively reduce the volume of hematoma,improve nerve function and the quality of life of patients.
