农业生产合作组织的发展提高了农业生产效率?——基于长江经济带省级面板数据分析

Organizations Improved the Efficiency of Agricultural Production?——Based on the Analysis of Provincial Panel Data of the Yangtze River Economic Belt

为探讨农业生产合作组织的发展是否会对农业生产效率产生影响,通过建立DEA-tobit模型分析长江经济带区域内各省的农业生产效率以及包括农业生产合作组织在内的社会环境因素对其影响。研究结果发现:安徽、江西和云南三省受到农业技术和管理上的影响,农业生产效率是弱效率并且这三个省的农业生产投入中农药、化肥以及塑料薄膜的投入量有过剩的现象;该区域当前农业生产合作组织的发展对农业生产效率提高的影响很小并且是一种负效用,而其他的社会环境因素中,政府财政支持的影响最大。结合研究结论从农业生产合作组织章程和民办性质的规范化以及提高该组织的综合素质角度出发提出合理化的建议。

In order to explore whether the development of agricultural production cooperation organization to impact on agricultural production efficiency,the DEA-tobit model is established to analyze the agricultural production efficiency of the provinces in the Yangtze River Economic Zone and the social environmental factors including agricultural production cooperation organizations.influences.The study found that the three provinces of Anhui,Jiangxi and Yunnan are affected by agricultural technology and management,the agricultural production efficiency is weak,and the input of pesticides,fertilizers and plastic film in the agricultural production inputs of these three provinces is excessive;The development of regional agricultural production cooperation organizations in the region has little impact on agricultural productivity improvement and it is a negative effect.Among other social environmental factors,government financial support has the greatest impact.Based on the conclusions of the research,the rationalization of the agricultural production cooperation organization charter and the standardization of the private nature and the improvement of the comprehensive quality of the organization are proposed.
