为推进生态文明建设,回应流域生态补偿各参与主体的利益诉求,需完善流域生态补偿运行机制,尤其是补偿模式的选用。在合理界定政府补偿与市场补偿两种模式的基础上,结合我国流域生态补偿的实践案例,进一步从补偿主体、补偿标准、补偿方式、补偿效果四个方面,展开对政府补偿与市场补偿两种常见模式的比较分析。在此基础上,给出模式选择与应用的建议。

In order to promote the construction of ecological civilization,in response to the ecological appeals of the basin to participate in Judy's interests,it is necessary to improve the operational mechanism of the basin ecological compensation,especially the selection of compensation models.On the basis of rationally defining the two modes of government compensation and market compensation,combined with the practical cases of ecological compensation in China's river basins,further compensation from the specific compensation standards,the paper analyzes that compensation,compensation effect in four areas,expand the comparative analysis of government compensation and compensation market two common patterns.On this basis,suggestions for mode selection and application are given.
