“三留守”作为一种社会历史现象,必然经历产生、发展、膨胀、消亡的演变。推进“三留守”消亡,农民工市民化是一条终南捷径。户籍制度改革、购置房产、享受市民待遇、社会角色转换是农民工市民化的基本条件;农民工将留守妻儿、父母迁入城市,阖家与务工城市融为一体——成为城市的主人是“三留守”消亡的基本路径;创新农民工市民化与回乡就业创业双管齐下的运行机制,从根本上实现“三留守”消亡是补齐全面建成小康社会短板的关键节点之一。

As a social historical phenomenon,"three left-behind" inevitably goes through an evolution of generation, development, expansion and demise. The urbanization of migrant workers is the best shortcut to impel the demise of "three left-behind". The reform of household registration system, the purchase of real estate by migrant workers, the treatment of citizens and the transformation of social roles are the basic conditions for urbanization. Migrant workers' leaving their wives, children and parents in the city, and the whole family's becoming the owner of the city is the basic measure of demise of "three left-behind". Actively innovating the dual-pronged mechanism of the migrant workers' urbanization and returning to the hometown for employment and entrepreneurship and fundamentally realizing the demise of the "three left-behind" is the joint point of completing the short-board of a well-off society.
