摘要
随着医学诊断的发展,有关自闭症儿童研究的诸多领域也迅速发展起来。鉴于大多数自闭症儿童对音乐的积极回应,文章就音乐治疗在自闭症儿童情绪干预方面展开论述。从自闭症儿童情绪干预的生理机制(认知神经科学)和理论基础(精神分析理论和人本主义理论)来寻找依据,发现音乐治疗对自闭症儿童情绪的干预有很大的优势;通过旋律交流疗法和音乐游戏的具体应用来分析音乐治疗的有效性;最后就音乐治疗师本身的专业性和研究的科学性问题做出思考。
With the development of medical diagnosis, the related fields of autistic children research have developed rapidly. In view of the positive response of most autistic children to music, this paper discusses the emotional intervention of autistic children by music therapy. It seeks the basis from the physiological mechanism (cognitive neuroscience) and theoretical basis (psychoanalysis theory and humanism theory) of Emotional Intervention of autistic children. It finds that music therapy has great advantages in emotional intervention of autistic children. By the specific application of melody exchange therapy and music games, it analyzes the effectiveness of music therapy, and finally to figure out the professional and scientific issues of music therapists.
