智慧治理高校信息安全的多重线性规划策略 被引量:12

摘要 在高等教育信息化过程中,信息的加快交换和规模共享均存在安全隐患,面对高校跨部门协同业务中大量整合、拆分的数据表现出不准确、无规范、受攻击,导致决策失误等问题,信息安全治理需要给出适应性策略。文章通过列举和比较,发现几类突出的网络信息安全现状问题与常见风险,在分析高校信息安全治理案例的基础上,探讨了基于“线性规划”的智慧治理途径,利用“约束条件—确定目标要素—最优判断”这一动态、科学的管理方法,搭建出面向多重身份和行为主体的治理架构,最终提出构建信息化服务保障体系的对策。 In the process of higher education informationization, there is security threat in the accelerated exchange and scale sharing of information. Faced with the problems that the large amount of integrated and split data in the cross-department collaborative business of colleges and universities is inaccurate, non-standard and attacked resulting in decision-making errors, information security governance needs to give an adaptive strategy. Through the enumeration and comparison, the present problems and common risks of some prominent network information security are found. On the basis of analyzing the case of information security governance in colleges and universities, this paper discusses the approach of intelligent governance based on “linear programming”, and makes use of the dynamic and scientific method of “constraint conditions-target elements-optimal judgment”. Set up the governance structure of the multi-identity and theme of the face, and finally put forward the countermeasure to construct the information service guarantee system.
