面向城乡教育均衡发展的教育变革——徐州市同步课堂教学模式的设计与实践 被引量:21

摘要 同步课堂是践行信息化扶贫、信息化扶智的重要举措。城乡学校开展同步课堂教学活动,探索“互联网+教育”教学变革新形态,促进城乡教育均衡发展。文章在分析同步课堂内涵的基础上,结合教学模式设计原则,以信息技术为支撑,构建了基于“政府-学校-企业-高校”四方协同的同步课堂教学模式框架。在徐州市城乡15所学校进行了同步课堂试点,并构建徐州市同步课堂技术支撑体系。为推动同步课堂常态化发展,以信息化促进教育均衡发展,建议创造同步课堂价值,发展“互联网+教育”;提升教师信息素养,突破传统思维定式;四方协同汇聚优势,创新同步课堂教学。 Synchronous class is an important measure to practice information-based poverty alleviation and intelligence support. Some urban and rural schools have launched synchronous class teaching activities, explored the new form of “Internet + Education” teaching reform, and promoted the balanced development of urban and rural education. Based on analyzing the connotation of synchronous class, combined with the design principles of teaching mode and supported by information technology, a framework of synchronous class teaching mode based on the cooperation of government, school, enterprise and university was constructed. Synchronous class was piloted in 15 schools of Xuzhou city, and the technical support system of synchronous class in Xuzhou city was built. In order to promote the normalized development of synchronous class and promote the balanced development of education with informationization, it was suggested to create synchronous class values, develop “Internet + Education”, enhance teachers’ information literacy, break traditional thinking patterns, and integrate the advantages of four sides through cooperation, and innovate synchronous class teaching.
