三甲医院护士对阿尔茨海默病认知的调查研究

Investigation and study on cognition of alzheimer's disease among nurses of grade a hospital

目的了解护士对阿尔茨海默病(alzheimer's disease,AD)的认知情况,提高其护理患者的能力,提高患者的生活质量。方法采用横断面研究的方法,应用阿尔茨海默病知识中文测评量表,对三甲综合医院的护理人员进行调查,了解其AD知识掌握程度。结果 AD知识量表的得分为15.27～23.45分,平均(19.95±2.32)分。经单因素分析,年龄、学历、工作年限、科室、技术职称、护理经历对AD知识测评得分有统计学意义。多因素线性回归可知,技术职称、护理经历是阿尔茨海默病知识测评的主要影响因素。结论三甲医院护士对AD知识的知晓率偏低,应该全面加强AD知识的培训,提高其护理技能。

Objective: To understand nurses' cognition of alzheimer's disease and improve their ability to care for patients and improve patients' quality of life.Methods: The Chinese evaluation scale of alzheimer's disease knowledge was used in the cross-sectional study to investigate the nurses in the third grade general hospital and to understand their knowledge of AD.Results: The AD knowledge scale scored 15.27~23.45 points,with an average of (19.95 ± 2.32) points.According to the single-factor analysis,age,education,working years,department,technical title and nursing experience was statistically significant in the assessment of AD knowledge.Multiple linear regression showed that the technical title and nursing experience were the main factors influencing the knowledge assessment of alzheimer's disease.Conclusion: The knowledge rate of nurses in third grade hospitals is low,so the training of AD knowledge should be strengthened comprehensively to improve their nursing skills.
