教练员行为研究方法与工具综述

Review of Methods and Tools of Coach Behavior Research

“教练员行为”在我国研究已有40多年,如今已成为我国学术界研究的热点话题。运用文献法、逻辑分析法,对1982-2018年国内教练员行为研究现状分析,对照国外研究内容、使用工具进行梳理。研究发现:(1)我国的研究多以问卷调查式研究为主,缺少现场观察式研究;(2)我国对“教练员行为”研究内容不够深入,缺少对有效教练员行为具体措施的制定;(3)执教行为成为未来我国研究趋势。

“coach behavior” in China has been studied for more than 40 years, now has become a hot topic of academic research in China .Literature review and logical analysis were used to analyze the current situation of researches on coach behavior in China from 1982 to 2018, and the contents and tools of foreign researches were compared. The research findings are as follows :(1)most of the researches in China are based on questionnaire and lack of field observation.(2)the research content of “coach behavior” in China is not in-depth enough and specific measures for effective coach behavior are not formulated.(3)teaching behavior will become the research trend of China in the future.
