陕西省渭南市大荔沙苑体育特色小镇发展现状分析

Analysis on the Development Situation of Dali Shayuan Sports Town in Weinan City of Shaanxi Province

运用文献资料法、访谈法、实地考察法、Swot分析法,对陕西省渭南市大荔沙苑体育特色小镇的地理和交通环境、赛事发展现状、周边设施建设、后续发展规划及融资经营模式等发展现状及对存在的问题进行研究,结果显示,大荔沙苑体育特色小镇的建设取得了一定的进展也存在极大的发展优势。在发展中存在的问题及制约因素有:配套商业建设滞后、公共交通建设不佳、关联市场竞争巨大以及PPP融资模式带来的弊端等,造成其后续发展的瓶颈。在以上分析的基础上,对大荔沙苑体育特色小镇的发展提出相应对策。

By using the methods of documentation, interview, on-the-spot investigation and Swot analysis, this paper studies the current situation and existing problems of Dali Shayuan Sports Town in Weinan City, Shaanxi Province, such as its geographical and traffic environment, development status of sports events, construction of peripheral facilities, follow-up development planning and financing mode. The results show that the construction of Dali Shayuan Sports Town has achieved success. Certain progress also has great development advantages. The problems and constraints in the development are: the lagging of supporting commercial construction, the poor construction of public transport, the huge competition in related market and the drawbacks brought by PPP financing mode, which cause the bottleneck of its follow-up development. On the basis of the above analysis, this paper puts forward corresponding countermeasures for the development of Dali Shayuan sports characteristic town.
