希腊体育教师教学效能自我评价工具的分析与启示 被引量:4

摘要 2001年,我国《基础教育课程改革纲要(试行)》提出:“建立促进教师不断提高的评价体系,建立以教师自评为主,校长、教师、学生、家长共同参与的评价制度”,强调教师对自己行为的分析与反思,突出教师自我评价的重要性。体育教师是教师群体的重要组成部分,我国没有体育教师自我评价标准体系以及具体的自我评价工具。本文通过对希腊体育教师自我评价工具的研究,分析其工具具有全面性、综合性、系统性、有效性、以人为本的特点,从中得出启示,为构建我国体育教师自我评价工具提供参考和借鉴。 In the June of 2001, the Outline of Basic Education Reform (trial) put forward that "the evaluation system should be established to promote teachers' continuous improvement, and the evaluation system should be based on teachers' self-evaluation, with the participation of principals, teachers, students and parents". It emphasizes teachers’ analysis and Reflection on their own behavior, and highlights the importance of teachers' self-evaluation. Physical education is an important part of the teacher group. There is no physical education teacher self-evaluation standard system and specific self-evaluation tools in China. This paper analyzes the comprehensive, comprehensive, systematic, effective and people-oriented characteristics of Greek PE teachers' self-evaluation tools, and draws inspiration from it, so as to provide reference for the construction of PE teachers' self-evaluation tools in China.
