低聚壳聚糖对北京鸭屠宰性能、血清抗氧化性能的影响 被引量:7

摘要 旨在研究低聚壳聚糖对北京鸭屠宰性能和血清抗氧化性能的影响。选取29日龄体重相近的北京鸭72只,公母各半,采用单因素试验水平设计,随机分为2组,每组3个重复,每个重复12只。对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验组饲喂基础日粮+40mg/kg的低聚壳聚糖。于49日龄对照组、试验组分别随机挑选6只北京鸭,70日龄每组随机挑选12只北京鸭,公母各半,进行屠宰,测定其屠宰性能、血清抗氧化性能。结果表明:低聚壳聚糖组70日龄北京鸭公、母血清SOD活性极显著高于对照组(P<0.01);70日龄北京鸭公、母血清GSH-Px活性均有增加趋势,其中公鸭血清GSH-Px活性显著高于对照组(P<0.05);70日龄北京鸭公、母血清T-AOC水平均略高于对照组(P>0.05);70日龄北京鸭公、母血清MDA活性极显著低于对照组(P<0.01)。结果提示,在基础日粮中添加低聚壳聚糖对北京鸭的屠宰性能无显著的影响,但可提高血清免疫水平和抗氧化能力,对70日龄北京鸭的免疫和抗氧化效果尤为显著。 The objective of the experiment is to study the effect of chitooligosaccharide on slaughter performance and serum antioxidant indexes of Peking duck.Seventy-two 28-day-old healthy Peking ducks fed in the same conditions and with similar initial body weight were divided into 2 groups,three replications per group and 12 ducks per replication,according to a completely random design.The control group was fed with basal diet,the experimental groups were fed with basal diet adding 40 mg/kg chitooligosaccharide.Six ducks at 49 days and twelve ducks at 70 days from control and experimental groups were randomly selected(half male and half female)for slaughter to determine slaughter performance and serum antioxidant indexes,respectively.The results showed as follows:(1)There was no significant difference(P>0.05)on laughter rate,whole net carcass rate,semi-eviscerated,percentage of abdominal fat between the 49-day-old and 70-day-old ducks in experimental groups compared with control group.(2)As compared with control group,serum SOD activity,GSH-Px activity,total antioxidant capacity of 49-day-old ducks in low oligochitosan group all increased,but with no significant difference(P>0.05);The activity of MDA was lower than that of control group,with an insignificant difference(P>0.05).As for 70-day-old ducks,the SOD activity of low oligochitosan group was significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.01);the serum GSH-Px activity displayed a rising trend,among which the male ducks'serum GSH-Px activity was obviously higher than the control(P<0.05);the level of T-AOC was slightly higher than the control(P>0.05);the MDA activity was significantly lower than the control(P<0.01).Therefore,adding chitooligosaccharide in diet has no significant effect on slaughter performance,but it can improve serum immunity and antioxidant capacity,which is particularly significant for 70-day-old Peking ducks.
