摘要
本研究旨在评估由西藏自治区兽医生物药品制造厂生产的小反刍兽疫活疫苗(Clone9株)的临床免疫效果,为西藏山羊的免疫接种提供一定的理论依据。本研究选用免疫接种、体温监测和抗体检测等方法,对该疫苗的免疫安全性和免疫抗体水平情况进行了临床免疫测试和评估。结果表明免疫100头份活疫苗的山羊无免疫副作用,免疫14 d内均未出现临床症状,并且山羊体温均未出现异常;免疫0.1头份活疫苗的山羊精神状态良好,免疫21 d后山羊的PPR抗体阳性率达到100%。结果说明小反刍兽疫活疫苗(Clone9株)的免疫安全性良好,并且具有良好的免疫原性,可产生极好的临床免疫效果。
This experiment evaluated the clinical immune effect of Peste des petis ruminant live vaccine (Clone9 strain) produced by Tibet Veterinary Biological Pharmaceutical Factory to provide a theoretical basis for immunization of Tibetan goats. In this study, clinical immunization tests and evaluation were conducted on the immune safety and immune antibody levels of the vaccine by means of immunization, body temperature monitoring and antibody detection. The results showed that the goats immunized with 100 live vaccines had no immune side effects, and no clinical symptoms were observed within 14 days of immunization, and no abnormalities were observed in the body temperature of goats. The goats immunized with 0.1 live vaccine were in good mental state, and the positive rate of PPR antibody in goats reached 100% after 21 days of immunization. These results indicated that the Peste des petis ruminant live vaccine (Clone9 strain) had good immunological safety and good immunogenicity, which produced excellent clinical immune effect.
