高职学生心理危机防范和快速反应机制研究

Research on Psychological Crisis Prevention and Quick Reaction Mechanism for Vocational College Students

当前社会经济飞速发展,人们的生活节奏加快,随之而来的心理压力也普遍增大。高职学生正处于身心发展的关键时期,他们大多数虽已成年,但心理成熟度较弱,当学习生活中出现各种各样的问题时,过大的压力极易导致心理危机的产生。因此,高职学生群体的心理压力不容忽视。高职院校应根据学生的特殊心理,建立一套完善的学生心理危机防范和快速反应机制。本文基于高职学生的心理特点,对形成一套有效的、专门针对高职学生的心理危机防范和快速反应机制进行思考,使高职院校可以在面对学生心理危机时快速做出反应,保证学生的心理健康,从而避免学生因心理危机导致极端行为的发生。

With the fast-speed development of society and economy,life pace of human being is accelerating,thus accordingly psychological pressure is generally increasing.Vocational college students are in the critical stage to get physical and mental health.Even though most of them are already adults,they are still immature psychologically speaking.When in face of different problems in study and personal life,overwhelmed pressure is easy to result in psychological crisis,so their psychological pressure cannot be ignored.Vocational college ought to build up a thorough psychological crisis prevention and quick reaction mechanism for students.The paper,based on psychological features of college students,makes a thinking on how to form a series of effective psychological crisis prevention and quick reaction mechanism only for college students,bearing a goal to enable vocational college to make a fast reaction in face of students’psychological crisis,and thus guaranteeing students’psychological health and avoiding extreme behaviors in psychological crisis.
