程序化管理模式在青少年脊柱侧弯护理中的应用价值

Application Value of Programmed Management Mode in Adolescent Scoliosis Nursing

目的探究分析程序化管理模式在青少年脊柱侧弯护理中的应用价值。方法选择2017年5月—2018年5月收治的青少年脊柱侧弯患者80例,采用双色球随机分组模式将之分为对照组与观察组各40例,对照组采用常规护理,观察组在此基础上加用程序化管理模式,比较两组干预后脊柱矫正情况、并发症发生率及护理满意度。结果观察组患者术后脊柱平均矫正角度较对照组明显更高,护理满意度评分也显著高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组术后未发生并发症,较对照组术后12.50%的并发症发生率明显更低(P<0.05)。结论程序化管理模式应用于青少年脊柱侧弯围术期护理中能够提高脊柱恢复效果,也能使患者对护理更为满意,减少并发症发生,值得推广。

Objective To explore and analyze the application value of programmed management mode in adolescent scoliosis nursing.Methods 80 cases of adolescent scoliosis admitted to our hospital from May 2017 to May 2018 were selected and were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given programmed management mode on the basis of routine nursing.The spinal correction,incidence of complications and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups after intervention.Results The average correction angle of spine in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the nursing satisfaction score was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).No complications occurred in the observation group,and the incidence of complications was significantly lower than that in the control group(12.50%)(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of programmed management mode in perioperative nursing of adolescent scoliosis can improve the spinal recovery,reduce complications,and also make patients more satisfied with nursing,which is worthy of promotion.
