摘要
为检验评估外版海图水深表达海底地形的准确性,利用外版海图和参照数据的水深分别构建Delaunay三角网,对海底特征地貌形态进行提取,设计了位置、表面积、体积相似度指标,对外版海图和参照数据表达同一处特征地貌的相似程度进行了量化。实验结果表明:所提方法可以有效提取海底地形中的特征地貌,所提相似度指标可以较为合理地反映外版海图和参照数据表达同一处特征地貌的相似程度,可为把握外版海图水深表达海底地貌的准确性、进而定量评估其质量提供参考依据,克服了传统经验方法只能进行定性评估分析的不足。
In order to quantitatively evaluate Depths'topographic expression accuracy of foreign charts’,submarine feature topographies in foreign charts and reference charts are extracted by constructing Delaunay triangulations.Similarity indices of position,surface and volume are put forward to calculate the similarities of the same submarine feature topographies from foreign charts and reference charts.Experimental results show that this method can effectively extract submarine feature topographies from charts,the similarity indices can reasonably reflect the similarity of the same feature objects between foreign charts and reference charts.This method can provide references for quantitatively grasping the description accuracy for submarine topographies and quality evaluation of depths in foreign charts,which overcomes the shortcomings of traditional empirical evaluating methods.
