摘要
创新驱动是习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想的重要论断和决策部署,其实质是人才驱动。拥有足够数量和高质量的创新型人才,才能保证创新发展战略得以贯彻和落实。但是,我国现行的教育制度和教育体系并不能培养足够数量和高质量的创新型人才,国有企业在人才市场中的竞争又往往处于劣势,创新型人才的主动性和积极性也有待于进一步提高。研究如何有效地供应、留住和用好国有企业创新型人才等问题,具有一定的现实意义。
Innovation-driven development,an important judgment and strategy in Xin Jinping's idea of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new age,is in essence talent-driven development which depends on sufficient quality innovation-oriented talents.However,there are still some problems that undermine China's efforts to further development such as the deficiencies of current educational system,the disadvantages of state-owned enterprises in job market and the application-oriented talents'shortage of motivation,etc.In this context,it is of great significance to study the effective methods for a state-owned enterprise to find and hold on to the talents of this type and place them at proper post.
