深化校企合作另一模式:“行校合作”的实践与思考

Another Mode of School-enterprise Cooperation——Practice of and Reflections upon “Industry-school” Coopeartion

行业协会能起到桥梁纽带作用,发布行业发展动态,引领行业发展方向,是行业健康发展的守护者,也是行业内企业公平竞争的监督者。高等院校要实施开门办学,借助社会力量促进内涵品质提升,不仅要点对点的校企合作,而且要依靠整个行业协会,进行点对面的行校合作,实现学生有岗位就业、企业有人才可用。

A university has to depend on industry societies in addition to point-to-point school-enterprise cooperation in open education to introduce social forces for connotative improvement because these social organizations not only guarantee the healthy development of their own industries but also supervise fair play among enterprises within the industry while functioning to release industrial development information and guide the industrial development.This requires that a university should broaden the cooperation with the whole industry for students'job placement.
