儒家文化视域下的道德创伤及治理

Moral Injury and Management from the Perspective of Confucian Culture

文化与道德唇齿相依,紧密联系。道德创伤是一种文化现象。在文化的视域中,儒家文化是中华文化谱系的重要组成,塑造了中国人的思维方式、价值意识,是社会主流价值的文化基础。儒家文化中的仁爱贵生、知行合一、重义贵和的思想与当下践踏生命、知行背离、盲目私利的道德现实构成了强烈冲突,引发了社会群体和个人的道德创伤。要寻求创伤的修复之道,须借鉴儒家文化中教化思想、身心智慧及忠恕之道,从认知、情感和韧性三个维度建构。

Culture is closely related to morality.Moral injury is a cultural phenomenon.From the perspective of culture,Confucian culture is an important component of the Chinese cultural pedigree,shaping the Chinese people's way of thinking and value consciousness,and is the cultural foundation of the mainstream values of society.Confucian thoughts of benevolence,unity of knowledge and action,and harmony of value and justice constitute a strong conflict with the moral reality of trampling on life,deviating from knowledge and action,and blind self-interests,which leads to moral injury of social groups and individuals.In order to seek the way to repair the injury,we should draw lessons from Confucian culture of enlightenment,physical and mental wisdom,and loyalty and forgiveness,and construct it from three dimensions of cognition,emotion,and resilience.
