心理干预研究的伦理问题与应对

Ethical Concerns and Countermeasures on Research of Psychological Intervention

相关伦理规范从受试者权益保障出发,强调了对心理干预研究的伦理审查要求。由于心理干预的特性,在研究过程中还存在一些特殊伦理问题,主要包括:风险识别的困难,研究者易于忽略心理风险;风险管理不充分,缺乏完备的保护措施;知情同意中使用隐瞒或欺骗,需要充分评估其合理性与潜在伤害性,并事后说明;心理学者缺乏充分的研究伦理认知,成果发表缺乏伦理审查批件要求等。为了加强在心理干预研究中对受试者权益的保护,建议应加强风险识别与管理、增加伦理审查的专业性与成果发表的伦理门槛、加强伦理教育等。

In the view of protecting the rights and interests of subjects,relevant ethical codes emphasize the requirement of ethical review on research of psychological intervention.Due to the characteristics of psychological intervention,there are some special ethical concerns involving the research,including:the difficulty of risk identification,researchers'ignorance of psychological risks;inadequate risk management,and lack of complete protective measures;the use of concealment or deception in informed consent,requiring full assessment of rationality and potential harm,and lack of sufficient explanation afterwards;psychologists'lack of sufficient awareness of research ethics,absence of requirement on ethical review approval for publication of research results,and so on.In order to improve the protection of subjects'rights and interests in the research of psychological intervention,it is suggested that risk identification and management should be strengthened,the professionalism of ethical review and the ethical threshold of publication of results should be increased,and ethical education should be strengthened.
