申“冬奥”成功背景下张家口市雪上运动旅游现状分析

Analysis on the Present Situation of Snow-Sports Tourism in Zhangjiakou City under the Successful Background of Applying for the Winter Olympic Games

运用问卷调查法、访谈法、数理统计法、归纳分析法对张家口市雪上运动旅游现状进行调查分析。结果表明,申“冬奥”成功对发展雪上运动旅游具有促进作用。雪上运动旅游消费人群以中青年为主,消费热情比较高,活动项目广泛;每次活动时间在半天以内,每月活动3-4次居多;雪场管理服务人员分工明确,但专业素质有待提高;滑雪门票价格偏高,管理服务质量有待进一步提高。

By using the method of documentary reference,questionnaire investigation,interview,mathematical statistics,inductive analysis and so on,the paper makes an investigation and analysis of the current situation of snow-sports tourism in Zhangjiakoucity.The results show that the success of the Winter Olympic Games can promote the development of snow-sports tourism in Zhangjiakou city,the consumers of snow-sports tourism in Zhangjiakou city have the following characteristics:they are mainly youth and middle-aged people;their consumption enthusiasm is high;the activities they choose are extensive;the time of each activity they cost is less than half a day,and most of them do three or four times a month.In addition,the results also reflect that the division of snow resort staff is clear,but the quantity is insufficient,and the professional quality needs to be improved;the ticket price of the snow resort is relatively high and the service quality needs to be further improved.
