摘要
采用心理健康普查中最为普遍的90项症状自评量表(SCL-90)作为测查工具,对某师范类大学2018级2300名新生的心理健康状况进行了调查分析,根据调查数据和结论,提出了相应建议和对策。研究旨在为学校提供更加全面和可行性强的学生心理问题干预策略,同时为学校构建优质的心理健康服务平台提供有效信息和依据。
This paper uses the 90 most common symptom self-rating scale(SCL-90) in the general survey of mental health as a survey tool to investigate and analyze the mental health status of 2,300 freshmen in the class of 2018 in a normal university, according to the survey data and conclusion, the corresponding suggestions and countermeasures are put forward.The research aims to provide more comprehensive and feasible intervention strategies for students’ psychological problems,and at the same time provide effective information and basis for schools to build a high-quality mental health service platform.
