儿童孤独症家庭干预治疗依从性实施效果影响因素调查与分析

Investigation and analysis of factors influencing the implementation effect of family intervention compliance in children with autism

目的调查分析儿童孤独症家庭干预依从性实施效果的影响因素,就影响因素实施针对性防护对策。方法选取2016年6月至2018年6月于我院接受治疗的50例孤独症患儿为研究对象,分别采用儿童孤独症评定量表、0~6岁儿童神经心理发育量表、儿童孤独症及相关发育障碍心理教育量表修订版(C-PEP),分析患儿家庭干预依从性的影响因素。结果将相关因素纳入多因素logistic回归分析模型,结果显示,家庭成员对干预的态度,干预前患儿的儿童孤独症评定量表(CARS)评分、认知水平、年龄、发育商、情感障碍是儿童孤独症家庭干预依从性差的独立影响因素。结论确定儿童孤独症家庭干预依从性的独立影响因素,有利于采取针对性防护措施,缓解症状,提高患儿智力,值得推广应用。

Objective To investigate and analyze the influencing factors of the implementation effect of family intervention compliance on children with autism,and implement targeted protective measures on the influencing factors.Methods A total of 50 children with autism who were treated in our hospital from June 2016 to June 2018 were selected as the study subjects.By using the children's autism rating scale,the neuropsychological development scale for children aged 0-6,and the revised psychological education scale for children with autism and related development disorders(C-PEP),we analyzed the influencing factors of family intervention compliance.Results After the relevant factors were included in the multivariate logistic regression analysis model,the results showed that family members'attitudes toward intervention,childhood autism rating scale(CARS)score of the children before the intervention,cognitive level,age,developmental quotient,and affective disorder were independent influence factors for poor family intervention compliance that had children with autism.Conclusion To determine the independent influencing factors of family intervention compliance in children with autism is conducive to taking targeted protective measures to alleviate symptoms and improve children's intelligence,which was worthy of promotion and application.
