集束化护理在维持性血液透析患者中的应用

Application of cluster nursing in patients with maintenance hemodialysis

目的探讨集束化护理在维持性血液透析患者中的应用。方法选取2016年1月至2017年12月在我院行维持性血液透析治疗的患者37例进行自身对照研究,2016年1—12月未实施集束化护理(实施前),2017年1—12月实施集束化护理(实施后)。比较实施前后患者静脉通道通畅率、透析导致的并发症发生率及血液透析治疗时间。结果实施后治疗期间的静脉通道通畅率高于实施前,透析时间长于实施前,透析期间并发症发生率低于实施前(P<0.05)。结论采用集束化护理对维持性血液透析患者进行评估、护理,能够有效降低血液透析患者内瘘并发症的发生率。

Objective To explore the application of cluster nursing in patients with maintenance hemodialysis.Methods To select 37 patients who underwent maintenance hemodialysis in our hospital from January 2016 to December 2017 for control study.Patients who were treated in the hospital from January 2016 to December 2016 didn’t receive cluster nursing,while patients who were treated in the hospital from January 2017 to December 2017 received cluster nursing.The venous channel patency rate,dialysis-induced complication rate and hemodialysis treatment time of patients were compared before and after implementation.Results The patency rate of the venous access during the post-implementation treatment was higher than that before the implementation,and the dialysis time was longer than that before the implementation.During the dialysis,the complication rate was lower than that before the implementation(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of cluster nursing to evaluate and care patients with maintenance hemodialysis can reduce the incidence of internal fistula complications of patients with hemodialysis effectively.
