引流管固定装置在颅脑损伤术后引流中的效果观察 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨引流管固定装置在颅脑损伤术后患者中的应用效果。方法选取2016年3月至2018年1月我院收治的颅脑损伤患者80例为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其等分为对照组和试验组,对照组常规放置引流管,并采取镇静、四肢约束等护理措施,试验组在对照组基础上采用引流管固定装置固定制动引流管。比较两组患者引流量、置管时间、疼痛评分、颅内压水平、不良事件发生率。结果试验组引流量少于对照组,置管时间短于对照组,疼痛评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组术前、术后12h颅内压水平比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),试验组术后24,72h颅内压水平均低于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组不良事件发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论将引流管固定装置固定制动引流管用于颅脑损伤术后患者中能缩短置管时间,减轻疼痛,降低颅内压水平,减少不良事件发生,值得推广应用。 Objective To explore the application effect of drainage tube fixation device in patients with craniocerebral injury.Methods We select 80 cases of patients with craniocerebral injury who were treated in our hospital from March 2016 to January 2018 as the study subjects.They were divided into control group and experimental group equally according to random number table method.The control group was placed with drainage tube routinely,and they were nursed by nursing measures such as sedation and limb restraint.On the basis of this,we adopted drainage tube fixation device to fix the brake drainage tube in the experimental group.The drainage volume,catheterization time,pain score,intracranial pressure level,and incidence of adverse events were compared between the two groups.Results The drainage volume of the experimental group was less than that of the control group,and the catheterization time was shorter than that of the control group.The pain score was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).There was no statistical significance in the comparative difference of intracranial pressures between the two groups at 12 hours before and after the operation(P>0.05).The intracranial pressure levels of the experimental group were lower than that in the control group at 24 hours and 72 hours after operation(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse events in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Applying the drainage tube fixation device to fix the brake drainage tube in patients after operation for craniocerebral injury can shorten the catheterization time.Meanwhile,it can reduce the pain,the intracranial pressure level,and the occurrence of adverse events in patients with craniocerebral injury,which was worth popularizing and applying.
