摘要
目的探讨危重症专职护理在新生儿呼吸窘迫综合征(NRDS)中的应用。方法选取2014年3月至2018年1月我院重症监护病房收治的60例NRDS患儿为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其等分为观察组和对照组,对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予危重症专职护理。比较两组患儿动脉氧分压(PaO2)、二氧化碳分压(PaCO2)、血氧饱和度(SaO2)血气指标变化,记录患儿机械通气时间及并发症发生率。结果护理干预3,7d后,两组患儿PaO2,SaO2水平均明显升高(P<0.05),PaCO2明显降低(P<0.05),观察组各项指标显著优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组机械通气时间明显短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患儿并发症发生率低于对照组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论危重症专职护理可显著改善患儿通气效果,缩短机械通气治疗时间,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To explore the application of full-time nursing for critical illness in neonatal respiratory distress syndrome(NRDS).Methods To select 60 children with NRDS who were admitted to the intensive care unit of our hospital from March 2014 to January 2018 as the study subjects.They were divided into observation group and control group equally according to the random number table method.The control group was given routine nursing,while the observation group was given full-time nursing for critical illness.The arterial oxygen partial pressure(PaO 2),carbon dioxide partial pressure(PaCO 2)and changes of blood gas index of blood oxygen saturation(SaO 2)were compared between the two groups.The mechanical ventilation time and the incidence of complications of the children were recorded.Results After 3 days and 7 days of nursing intervention,the levels of PaO 2 and SaO 2 in the two groups were significantly increased(P<0.05),and PaCO 2 was reduced significantly(P<0.05).The indicators in the observation group were significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05).The mechanical ventilation time in the observation group was significantly shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion Full-time nursing for critical illness can improve the ventilation effect of children significantly and shorten the time of mechanical ventilation treatment,which was worthy of clinical promotion and application.
