摘要 目的探讨分级培训手册联合视频教学在手术室护士核心能力培训中的应用效果。方法根据广东省卫计委《专业护士核心能力建设指南》编写了分层级培训手册细则,结合医院手术情况,按照大纲要求,将科室常用的56项操作录制成小视频,对科室护士分层级培训,比较培训前后手术室护士平时提问、笔试、技能操作成绩及护理不良事件发生率。结果实施以分级培训手册联合视频教学培训模式后护士平时提问、笔试、技能操作考核成绩均高于培训前(P<0.05),不良事件发生率低于培训前(P<0.05)。结论手术室护士核心能力培训中实施分级培训手册联合视频教学,能提升手术室护士的综合能力,降低手术室护理不良事件发生率,提高手术室护理质量,保证手术患者安全。 Objective To explore the application effect of grading training manual combined video teaching in the training of nurses'core competence in operating room.Methods To compile the detailed rules and regulations of grading training manual according to the Guidelines for the Construction of Core Competence of Professional Nurses by Health Commission of Guangdong Province.Combined with the operation of the hospital,we recorded 56 operations commonly used in the department into small videos according to the outline requirements.Before and after the training,we compared the usual questions,written tests,skill operation results and the incidence of adverse events of nurses in the operating room.Results After the implementation of grading training manual combined video teaching,the usual questions,written tests,skill operation examination results of nurses were higher than that before the training(P<0.05),and the incidence of adverse events was lower than that before the training(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of grading training manual combined with video teaching in the core competence training of the operating room nurses can improve their comprehensive ability.In addition,it can reduce the incidence of adverse events in the operating room,and improve the nursing quality in the operating room,thus ensuring the safety of the patients.
