摘要
目的探讨医护一体化工作模式对患者满意度、医护合作度的影响。方法选取2017年4月至2018年4月我科治疗的120例慢性肾脏病患者为研究对象,随机等分为对照组和观察组,对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施医护一体化工作模式。评估两组干预后的患者满意度、医护合作度。结果观察组患者对护理服务满意度和医护合作度评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论医护一体化工作模式对患者满意度、医护合作度影响均较好,在临床具有较高的应用价值。
Objective To explore the effect of work mode of collaboration between doctors and nurses on satisfaction of patients and medical cooperation between physicians and nurses. Methods To select 120 patients with chronic kidney disease who were treated in our department from April 2017 to April2018 as the study subjects. They were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group with the same number of patients. The control group was given routine care,while the observation group was treated by work mode of collaboration between doctors and nurses. The patient satisfaction and medical cooperation of the two groups were evaluated after the intervention. Results The scores of nursing service satisfaction and medical cooperation in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant( P < 0. 05). Conclusion The work mode of collaboration between doctors and nurses has a good influence on patient satisfaction and medical cooperation,and it has higher clinical application value.
