摘要
低聚肽与蛋白质和氨基酸相比具有其独特的功能特性,本文从功能应用角度首先讨论了具有不同生物活性的功能性低聚肽的富集方法,并按功能将生物活性肽分为免疫调节肽、抗氧化肽、美容美肤肽、血压调节肽、护肝肽、血脂调节肽、抗血栓肽等,而不同来源和不同功能的生物活性肽之间协同作用的研究,必将推动更高品质、更高功效和作用范围更广泛的复合肽制剂的开发和利用,以造福于社会。
Compared with proteins and amino acids,oligopeptides have unique functional properties.In this paper,functional oligopeptide enrichment methods with different biological activities were firstly discussed from the perspective of functional application.Bioactive peptides were divided into immunomodulatory peptides,antioxidant peptides,cosmetic peptides,blood pressure regulating peptides,liver protecting peptides,blood lipid regulating peptides,and antithrombus peptide.The research on the synergistic effect of bioactive peptides with different sources and functions will certainly promote the development and utilization of compound peptides with higher quality,higher efficacy and wider scope of action,so as to benefit the society.
