摘要
抽汽供热机组的运行,除受电负荷的影响,还受供热负荷的影响,相比于纯凝机组,其控制保护策略要求更高。以某抽汽机组动静碰磨事件为例,通过对事件过程进行逐步分解,指出当前抽汽机组常见控制保护策略的不足,并进一步对事件原因进行了深入剖析,获得了控制保护策略的优化方案。研究成果可为同类型机组的控制保护策略优化提供借鉴参考。
The operation of extraction steam turbine is influenced both by heating load and electric load, thus its control and protection strategy with much consideration is required compared with condensing turbine. With the rubbing event of an extraction turbine being used as an example,the shortcomings of the current control and protection strategy of this type of unit is pointed out based on deep analysis for the event process. Moreover, optimization scheme of control and protection strategy is obtained through thorough analysis for the event causes. The research results can provide reference for the optimization of control and protection strategy of the same type of turbines.
