摘要 研究了一种2μm波段基于四波混频效应的宽可调掺铥多波长光纤激光器,四波混频过程发生在一段400 m长的高非线性光纤中。将可调谐的2μm波段掺铥光纤激光器和连续的1 950 nm半导体激光器作为泵浦光源和信号光源,二级掺铥光纤放大器用于放大激光功率,实现了波长范围宽达140 nm、波长个数多于100个的新波长输出,通过调节泵浦光和信号光的波长间隔来改变各个新波长之间的波长间距。使用光谱仪测试激光器的稳定性,在光源波长间隔6 nm内,均得到功率波动、波长漂移小的多波长激光。 A wide tunable thulium-doped multi-wavelength fiber laser based on four-wave mixing effect in 2μm band is designed,where the four-wave mixing process occurs in a high non-linear fiber with 400 m.In the experiment a tunable 2μm band optical fiber laser is used as the pump source,while a 1 950 nm laser diode is used as the signal source.Dual-stage thulium-doped fiber amplifier amplifies the power of the laser to achieve the new wavelengths which the numbers of wavelengths is over 100 and the scope of the output wavelength is up to 140 nm.By changing the wavelength interval between the pump and signal,one can change the interval of new wavelengths.Furthermore,tested by spectral analyzer,one can demonstrate that the laser has a stable output with small power fluctuation and wavelength drift when the wavelength interval was smaller than 6 nm.
