自体高密度脂肪结合纳米脂肪移植矫正泪槽沟凹陷

Clinical Application of Autologous Highest Density Fat Grafting Combined with Nano-fat in tear trough deformity

目的探讨自体高密度脂肪结合纳米脂肪移植矫正泪槽沟凹陷的临床应用效果。方法对42例泪槽沟凹陷畸形的病例,均采用自体高密度脂肪(深层)结合纳米脂肪(浅层)移植矫正泪槽沟畸形,高密度脂肪单侧填充量为1.2-3.0ml,平均2.5ml,纳米脂肪单侧注射量<0.8ml。结果本组42例病例,术后随访2~18个月,平均随访6个月,均无脂肪感染、液化、囊肿形成或其他严重并发症。35例患者经1次手术得到明显改善。7例患者需2次填充达到效果。结论自体高密度脂肪(深层)结合纳米脂肪(浅层)移植矫正泪槽沟畸形,术后水肿反应轻,并发症少,脂肪成活率高,基本一次移植就达到矫正凹陷的效果,患者满意度高,值得临床推广。

Objective To study the application of highest density fat combined with nano-fat granules filling treatment of tear trough deformity. Methods In 42 cases of tear trough deformity, highest density fat(deep layer) combined with nano-fat(superficial layer) transplantation was used to correc in tear trough deformity.The unilateral filling volume of was highest density fat 1.2-3.0 ml,with an average of 2.5 ml, and the unilateral injection volume of nano-fat was less than 0.8 ml. Results 42 cases were followed up for 2 to 18 months, with an average follow-up of 6 months. There were no fat infection, liquefaction, cyst formation or other serious complications. Thirty-five patients were significantly improved after one operation. Seven patients needed two fillings to achieve the effect. Conclusion Highest density fat(deep layer) combined with nano-fat(superficial layer) transplantation for correction in tear trough deformity less edema reaction, fewer complications and high fat survival rate. Basic one-time transplantation can achieve the effect of correcting depression, and patients’ satisfaction is high, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
