保留真皮下血管网行腋臭微创腺体剥脱术的效果观察

To Observe the Effect of Minimally Invasive Adenoidectomy with Subdermal Vascular Network

目的观察和分析保留真皮下血管网行腋臭微创腺体剥脱术的临床效果。方法回顾性分析自2014年10月到2018年10月于我院门诊接受保留真皮下血管网行腋臭微创腺体剥脱术的60例腋臭患者手术后的治疗效果。结果手术治疗后,55例患者治疗效果好,皮瓣血液运行良好,4例患者治疗效果一般,1例患者治疗效果差;2例遗留腋下轻度异味,1例存在散在表皮部分坏死,1例存在部分皮瓣坏死,1例术后出现血肿。结论对腋臭患者进行保留真皮下血管网行腋臭微创腺体剥脱术的临床治疗效果较好,并发症的发生几率相对较小,如加强对并发症的应对措施,则能更好地体现微创腺体剥脱术的优势。

Objective To observe and analyze the clinical effect of minimally invasive adenoidectomy with preservation of subdermal vascular network. Methods Retrospective analysis was performed on the treatment effect of 60 patients with bromhidrosis after minimally invasive adenoidectomy with preservation of subdermal vascular network in our hospital from March 2015 to March2019. Results After surgical treatment, 55 patients had good therapeutic effect, skin flap blood operation was good, 4 patients had moderate therapeutic effect, 1 patient had poor therapeutic effect. There were 2 patients with mild underarm odor, 1 with scattered epidermal necrosis, 1 with partial skin flap necrosis, and 1 with postoperative hematoma. Conclusion Minimally invasive adenoidectomy with preservation of subdermal vascular network is effective in the treatment of patients with bromhidrosis, and the incidence of complications is relatively low. If the measures to deal with complications are strengthened, the advantages of minimally invasive adenoidectomy can be better reflected.
