中西医结合治疗面部化妆品皮炎疗效观察与分析

Observation and Analysis of the Therapeutic Effect of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine on Facial Cosmetic Dermatitis

目的观察青蒿鳖甲汤治疗化妆品皮炎疗效与安全性。方法选取2017年1月-2018年12月在我院接受治疗的面部化妆品皮炎患者共122例为受试对象,按照患者入院先后顺序将患者随机分为研究组(61例)和对照组(61例)。对照组患者采用西医治疗,研究组患者在对照组基础上联合使用中药治疗。比较两组患者治疗病程情况(自觉症状,皮损情况),观察临床疗效差异及不良反应,记录3周后两组患者面部皮肤情况。结果研究组经过治疗后61例患者总有效率为86.9%。结论中西医结合治疗面部化妆品皮炎疗效良好,安全性高。

Objective To observe the efficacy and safety of Qinghao Biejia Decoction in the treatment of cosmetic dermatitis.Methods 122 patients with facial cosmetic dermatitis who were treated in our hospital from January 2017 to December 2018 were selected as subjects. According to the order of admission, the patients were randomly divided into study group(61 cases) and control group(61 cases). The patients in the control group were treated with Western medicine, while the patients in the study group were treated with traditional Chinese medicine on the basis of the control group. The course of treatment(conscious symptoms, skin lesions)of the two groups were compared. The difference of clinical efficacy and adverse reactions were observed. The facial skin condition of the two groups was recorded after 3 weeks. Results After treatment, the total effective rate of 61 patients in the study group was 86.9%. Conclusion The combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine is effective and safe in the treatment of facial cosmetic dermatitis.
