植皮修复面部烧伤的临床护理路径

目的探讨临床护理路径在植皮修复面部烧伤患者中的应用效果。方法选取我院收治的56例面部烧伤患者为研究对象,均进行植皮修复手术,同时围术期给予临床护理路径护理。统计患者手术时间、创面愈合时间、死亡率、住院时间及植皮存活率等。结果患者手术时间为(2.72±0.34)h,术后植皮存活率为76.79%,住院时间为(34.57±8.94)d,创面愈合时间(46.52±13.83)d;治疗总有效率为92.86%,患者对健康教育掌握的总优良率为94.64%;患者对护理的总满意度为98.21%;术后并发2例皮肤坏死,其中有1例经对症治疗后好转。结论临床护理路径可有效提高面部烧伤患者植皮修复效果,且患者对护理的满意度较高,因此临床可积极推广该护理模式。

Objective To explore the application effect of clinical nursing pathway in skin grafting repair for facial burn patients.Methods 56 patients with facial burn in our hospital were selected as the study subjects, all patients underwent skin grafting repair operation, meanwhile clinical nursing pathway was given during operation. The operation time, wound healing time, mortality,hospitalization time and survival rate of skin grafting were counted. Results The operative time of the patients was(2.72±0.34) h, the survival rate of skin grafting after operation was 76.79%, and the length of hospital stay was(34.57±8.94) d, wound healing time was(46.52±13.83) d;the total effective rate was 92.86%, and the total excellent and good rate of health education was 94.64%, the total satisfaction of patients with nursing was 98.21%;postoperative skin necrosis was found in 2 cases, including 1 case improved after symptomatic treatment and the other case died of systemic infection after treatment. Conclusion The clinical nursing path can effectively improve the skin grafting repair effect of facial burns patients, and patients have a high degree of satisfaction with the nursing, so the clinical can actively promote the nursing model.
