整形外科缝合技术在Ⅰ期修复面部外伤中的应用进展

随着临床经验技术的积累,整形外科的发展过程中出现了多种面部外伤修复缝合技术,为促进伤口愈合及修复颜面部外观奠定了基础。在颜面部外伤缝合治疗应用整形外科缝合技术原则指导已被能够改善手术和美容效果。故充分了解和熟练掌握不同缝合技术是对当下外科医生提出的新的要求。对于Ⅰ期修复面部外伤患者而言,选择理想的皮肤缝合技术对于实现良好止血、皮缘减张、精确对合、快捷操作、不留线痕等均十分重要。本文分析整形外科缝合技术在Ⅰ期修复面部外伤中的应用进展。

With the accumulation of clinical experience and technology, a variety of facial trauma repair and suture techniques have appeared in the development of plastic surgery, which laid a foundation for promoting wound healing and repairing facial appearance.The application of orthopedic suture technique guidelines in the treatment of facial and facial trauma sutures has been able to improve surgical and cosmetic results. Therefore, fully understanding and mastering different suturing techniques is a new requirement for current surgeons. For patients with facial trauma in stage Ⅰ, choosing the ideal skin suture technique is important for achieving good hemostasis, skin margin reduction, precise alignment, quick operation, and no line marks. This article analyzes the application of orthopedic suture technique in the repair of facial trauma in stage Ⅰ.
