摘要 传统的谐波电能计量系统采用非正弦电路功率理论设计,选取的数据多是理论数据,与实际值脱节,计算效果很差。为了解决此问题,设计了一种新的非线性电能计量系统,硬件部分给出了工作架构图,选用DSP作为微处理器,将实心采集器和空心采集器安放到一起,统一采集信号,提高采集效率。根据设计的硬件结构建立软件工作流程,共分为编程语言、文件链接、运行结果检测、代码转换四步。实验结果表明,所设计系统能够精准地计算出谐波电能,达到节能降耗的目的。 The traditional harmonic electric energy metering system is designed by the power theory of non sinusoidal circuit.The data selected are mostly theoretical data,and it is out of connection with the actual value,and the calculation result is very poor.In order to solve this problem,a new nonlinear energy metering system is designed.The hardware part gives the work framework.DSP is selected as the microprocessor.The solid collector and the hollow collector are put together to collect the signal and improve the acquisition efficiency.According to the designed hardware structure,software workflow is established,which is divided into four steps:programming language,file links,running results detection,code conversion.The experimental results show that the designed system can accurately calculate the harmonic energy and achieve the purpose of energy saving and consumption reduction.
