As a pillar of the realization of the Chinese dream in the new era,college students’employment situation is closely related to the country’s future and social stability.This paper explores ways to improve college students’rights awareness and ability,and effectively protect the legitimate rights and interests of college students,from the aspects of national legal system construction,social security system improvement,colleges and universities attaching importance to employment guidance,college students’awareness of rights protection and innovation and entrepreneurship.
