摘要 为适应我国新旧动能转换背景下汽车行业发展对车辆工程专业人才的需求,我校结合落实《普通高校本科专业类教育质量国家标准》,主动对接新旧动能转换重大工程“十强”产业发展需求和学生全面发展需求,在广泛调研分析国内车辆工程专业人才培养模式的研究状况的基础上,改进了新的车辆工程专业人才培养模式,以满足新形势下汽车创新人才培养的需求。结合工程教育认证标准设置了详细的专业培养目标、培养要求,对课程体系进行了改革,改进了课堂教学、实践和考核等环节的评估方式,并开展创新创业训练项目和专业综合技能训练项目,培养具有较强综合能力和素质的车辆工程专业人才。 In order to meet the needs of the automotive industry in the development of the automotive industry in China,especially in the context of the transformation of new and old kinetic energy,our school has implemented the"National Standards for the Quality of Undergraduate Professional Education in Colleges and Universities"and actively connected the"Top Ten"of major projects with new and old kinetic energy.Based on the needs of industrial development and the overall development needs of students,on the basis of extensive research and analysis of the research status of domestic vehicle engineering professionals training mode,a new vehicle engineering professional training model was proposed to meet the needs of automotive innovation talent training under the new situation.In combination with the engineering education certification standards,detailed professional training objectives and training requirements have been set,the curriculum system has been reformed,evaluation methods have been improved in classroom teaching,practice and assessment,and innovative entrepreneurship training programs and professional comprehensive skills training programs have been carried out.Train vehicle engineering professionals with strong comprehensive capabilities and qualities.
