大数据时代涉警舆情形势严峻,大数据既为公安工作提供方便也对构建和谐警民关系带来了很大的挑战。为了建设社会主义和谐社会,维护国家社会稳定,涉警舆情管控研究迫在眉睫。文章通过研究涉警舆情的内涵、特点,分析公安机关舆情危机管理存在的问题及原因。公安机关要加强对涉警舆情的引导与管控,必须努力寻求大数据时代舆情管控与引导的新思路、新方法,健全应对舆情危机的管理机制,积极展示公安正面形象。

The police situation in the era of big data is grim.Big data not only provides convenience for public security work,but also poses a huge challenge to building a harmonious police-civilian relationship.In order to build a socialist harmonious society and maintain national social stability,it is imperative to study police control.By studying the connotation and characteristics of police grievances,this paper analyzes the problems and causes of public security organs’crisis management.The public security organs must strengthen the guidance and control of the police.In the era of big data,we must work hard to find new ideas and methods for the control and guidance of public opinion,improve the management mechanism to deal with the crisis of public opinion,and actively play the positive image of public security.
