基于三阶段DEA模型的安徽省流通业效率评价

Efficiency Evaluation of Circulation Industry in Anhui Province Based on Three-stage DEA Model

本文利用安徽省16个市2016年的截面数据,应用三阶段DEA模型,在控制环境因素和误差因素的基础上,分析了安徽省流通产业效率水平问题。实证研究表明:安徽省流通业效率整体偏低,且各市流通业的投入产出效率相差较大;环境变量对安徽省流通业效率存在明显的影响,其中,物流基础设施水平对效率产生正向的影响,而人均可支配收入和政府财政支出对效率有显著负向影响。研究结论对提升安徽省效率流通业效率水平提供了启示。

This paper uses the cross-sectional data of 16 cities in Anhui Province in 2016 to apply the three-stage DEA model to analyze the efficiency of the circulation industry in Anhui Province based on the control of environmental factors and error factors.The empirical research shows that the overall efficiency of the circulation industry in Anhui Province is low,and the input and output efficiency of the circulation industry in each city is quite different;the environmental variables have a significant impact on the efficiency of the circulation industry in Anhui Province,among which the logistics infrastructure level positively affects the efficiency.The impact of per capita disposable income and government fiscal expenditure has a significant negative impact on efficiency.The conclusions of the study provide inspiration for improving the efficiency of the efficiency circulation industry in Anhui Province.
