近年来,我国建筑行业的发展越来越快,尤其是出现了一种新型的建筑模式,装配式建筑在我国逐步得到了一定程度的发展,而装配式建筑与EPC模式的结合,更是具有明显的优势,实现了项目管理质量与效率的提高,有效保证了建筑工程的顺利进行。本文从EPC模式与装配式建筑技术相互结合的优势出发,详细分析了实现EPC与装配式建筑技术结合的途径,并分析了基于装配式建筑的EPPC模式的具体运营,有利于实现项目工程的系统化、整体化管理,对实际的装配式建筑管理具有极强的指导与借鉴价值。

In recent years,the development of China's construction industry has become faster and faster.In particular,a new type of building mode has emerged.Prefabricated buildings have gradually developed to a certain extent in China,and the combination of fabricated buildings and EPC models has more obvious advantages,which realizes the improvement of project management quality and efficiency,and effectively ensures the smooth progress of construction projects.Based on the advantages of combining EPC mode and fabricated building technology,this paper analyzes the ways to realize the combination of EPC and fabricated building technology,and analyzes the specific operation of EPPC mode based on fabricated building,which is beneficial to the project engineering system.The integrated management has a strong guiding and reference value for the actual assembly building management.
