摘要
我国高速铁路高速发展,验收标准、规范也在不断完善提高,以及运营后高铁安全可靠度的严格要求,高速铁路施工缺陷整治已成为隧道验交前的重中之重,尤其是在我国西南地区,隧道施工地质复杂,处理形式多变的情况下,隧道衬砌施工过程中先进设备机具无法投入施工、人员素质参差不齐,部分隐蔽过程检查、施工工艺工法等无法避免会产生部分施工质量缺陷,后期检测机构采用先进设备进行质量缺陷检测、评判,发现隧道衬砌、初支背后出现脱空现象。本文以成都至贵阳云贵段某隧道工程为工程实例,通过对隧道缺陷混凝土脱空处理的研究与实际施工操作,总结出了一套较为可靠和成熟的整治处理措施,对今后即将投入运营的铁路隧道工程提供混凝土脱空防治及整治有一定借鉴作用。
With the rapid development of China's high-speed railway,the acceptance standards and norms are constantly improving,as well as the strict requirements of high-speed railway safety and reliability after operation.High-speed railway construction defect remediation has become the top priority before tunnel inspection,especially in the southwestern region of China.The tunnel construction geology is complicated and the treatment forms are varied,so the advanced equipment and tools in the tunnel lining construction process cannot be put into construction,and the quality of the personnel is uneven.Some hidden process inspections and construction techniques cannot avoid the partial construction quality defects.The late detection mechanism used advanced equipment to detect and judge the quality defects,and found that the tunnel lining and the initial branch appeared to be empty.This paper takes a tunnel project from Chengdu to Guiyang Yungui section as an engineering example,through the research and actual construction operation of the tunnel defect concrete empty treatment,sums up a set of relatively reliable and mature remediation measures to provide reference for the prevention and treatment of concrete empty of the railway to be put into operation in the future.
