摘要
地铁盾构始发井的端头加固是确保盾构顺利施工的关键一步。本文结合徐州城市轨道交通2号线的工程实例,探讨了端头加固土体承载检算方法,加固方法的选取,加固范围的确定,还介绍了土体加固的施工技术要点、洞门封堵技术及洞门凿除顺序等,对此类型的盾构始发井端头土体加固工程有供鉴作用。
The end reinforcement of the subway shield starting well is a key step to ensure the smooth construction of the shield.Based on the engineering example of Xuzhou Urban Rail Transit Line 2,this paper discusses the method of checking the bearing capacity of the end-reinforced soil,the selection of the reinforcement method,the determination of the reinforcement range,and introduces the construction technical points of the soil reinforcement and the sealing technology of the tunnel door and the order of the door to be cut,which has a reference role for this type of shield originating well end soil reinforcement project.
