摘要
罐子沟大桥上构为大跨度、高墩刚构连续箱梁,采用挂篮悬浇法施工。该连续梁0号段具有离地远及大体积等特点,故对模板支撑系统的承载能力及安全稳定性要求很高,施工难度大。本项目施工时,对传统的托架式支架方案进行改进及创新,确保了0号段现浇时的支撑体系满足承载能力和安全稳定性。为此类连续梁0号段现浇的支架方案带来一定的借鉴及指导意义。
The Guanzigou bridge is constructed as a long-span,high-span rigid frame continuous box girder,which is constructed by hanging basket suspension method.The continuous beam No.0 section has the characteristics of being far away from the ground and large volume,so the bearing capacity and safety stability of the formwork support system are very high,and the construction is difficult.During the construction of the project,the traditional bracket-type bracket scheme is improved and innovated to ensure that the support system of No.0 section cast-in-place meets the bearing capacity and safety stability,which brings certain reference and guiding significance for this type of continuous beam No.0 section cast-in-place bracket scheme.
